Who we are

Offline exercise information
The downloaded application runs locally and does not send exercise entries to RecoveryDrill. It has no automatic saving; you choose where to store JSON backups, reports and other exports. We cannot access or restore files you have not provided to us. Avoid passwords, confidential incident records and unnecessary personal information in exercises or support requests.
Website, purchases and support
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The live website includes a Cloudflare Web Analytics script for page-use and performance measurements. Our website source contains no advertising pixels or signup forms. Hosting and security processing is separate from Web Analytics; we do not claim that the website processes no technical data or can never set cookies.
Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record. Purchase-related information available to us may include your name, email, organization, order reference, purchased product and transaction status. We use relevant information to verify purchases, assist with delivery, handle refunds and meet recordkeeping obligations. Do not email payment-card information to us.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, order references and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer requests and investigate product issues. Send redacted examples instead of confidential exercise files. Support email uses GoDaddy-provided Microsoft 365 services with Advanced Email Security. These services may process messages and attachments for delivery, spam and threat filtering.
Sharing and processing locations
We use the providers above for hosting, transactions and email. Their handling of information is also described in their own policies. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where providers operate; we do not promise Canada-only storage. We may disclose necessary information when legally required or to address a dispute. We do not sell customer personal information or use exercise records for advertising.
Retention
We delete routine support conversations 12 months after resolution, except where needed for an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation. This includes routine attachments and working copies under our control. Purchase and accounting records are retained separately for applicable recordkeeping requirements. Providers may retain their own records or backup copies under their policies and obligations; this support schedule is not a promise of immediate deletion from every provider backup.
Requests and safeguards
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we will explain any reason we must retain information. Requests concerning a provider's independently held records may also need to be directed to that provider. You may contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.
Our access policy is to limit operational access to people who need it for support and administration. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not send credentials or sensitive evidence. RecoveryDrill is intended for business exercise use, not for children.
Changes
The published notice will carry an effective or revised date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
