Terms, license and refunds

Who supplies the product
RecoveryDrill is supplied by Supreme Goods LLC dba RecoveryDrill, Florida, United States. Business mailing address: 26246 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Unit #218, Lutz, FL 33559, United States. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are subject to its buyer terms as merchant of record. These product-use terms describe the license and support supplied by RecoveryDrill; they do not replace Lemon Squeezy's transaction terms or mandatory customer rights.
What you receive
A downloadable offline HTML application, getting-started instructions and a file-integrity manifest. The purchase covers the version delivered at purchase. It does not include a subscription, hosted workspace, managed exercise, incident-response service or guaranteed future updates. Download and retain your own copy and backup; indefinite hosted download availability is not promised.
Organization license
After a completed purchase, the purchasing organization may retain and use the delivered version without a subscription or time limit, subject to these terms. Its staff and contractors acting for that organization may use copies on its controlled devices for internal exercises and for exercises it facilitates for clients. There is no per-facilitator or per-exercise fee within that organization.
Clients may receive generated reports and action lists. Clients needing their own application copy require their own license. Do not sell, sublicense, publicly post or redistribute the application or its scenario library, or offer the application as a hosted service. Reasonable backup copies are permitted. Reports and customer-entered exercise data are not subject to the application redistribution restriction; RecoveryDrill claims no ownership of your entries. The application and supplied scenarios remain the property of their respective rights holders. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected.
Compatibility and saving
Current verification covers Microsoft Edge on Windows. Other browsers and operating systems have not completed acceptance testing. The application provides one facilitator workspace and one custom scenario slot. It has no automatic saving or shared live participant rooms. Export and verify a JSON backup before closing or reloading. PDF and CSV exports do not replace that backup. PDF pages are images; printable HTML provides selectable text.
Refunds
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered after delivery. We will refund duplicate purchases, delivery failures we cannot resolve, and material product defects we cannot fix on the advertised supported platform. Contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue; do not send payment-card details or confidential exercise records. Mandatory customer rights and Lemon Squeezy's separate refund authority remain unaffected. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
After a full refund, stop using and delete the application copies covered by that refunded purchase. You may retain your own exercise data and generated reports. No remote deletion or technical revocation is claimed.
Product support
Setup, download/access troubleshooting and reproducible product-defect support are included for 30 calendar days from purchase through [email protected]. This is not a guaranteed response-time or resolution-time commitment. Custom scenarios, consulting, live facilitation, incident response, data reconstruction and future enhancements are excluded. Purchase and refund rights are not cut off by the support window. Refund/access requests can still be raised where applicable.
Appropriate use
RecoveryDrill supports fictional tabletop discussions. It does not test actual restoration, certify compliance or guarantee security, availability or recovery outcomes. Your organization remains responsible for its operational decisions, authorization and handling of exercise records. Avoid passwords, credentials and sensitive incident evidence in exercises.
Local data and purchasing information
The supplied offline application does not transmit exercise entries to RecoveryDrill and does not automatically save them. Exported files remain wherever you store or share them. Checkout, receipts and support involve separate providers and data handling; this is not a claim that the entire business collects no personal information.
