From discussion to follow-through

One workspace for the exercise and its outcomes.

01

Set the scene

Choose one of fourteen built-in scenarios or customize a briefing and up to 20 prompts. Record your participants, objectives, and facilitator, then discuss the scenario prompts.

02

Capture the learning

Record strengths, gaps and evidence. Give each action an owner and due date. Save entries to capture them for report readiness. Automatic recovery also keeps unfinished drafts.

03

Share the next steps

Export PDF or printable HTML reports and CSV actions. Choose actions for an Outlook .ics file. Export JSON for a separate, portable backup.

Know exactly what you’re getting.

The offline application

One browser workspace. Fourteen scenarios, custom prompts, guided decisions, observations, corrective actions and an executive summary. Filter actions and check report readiness before sharing.

Portable outputs

PDF and printable HTML reports. CSV action lists. Outlook .ics appointments. JSON backup and restore. Setup and Outlook import guides are included.

Work saved in your browser

Automatic saving keeps unfinished work on this computer. Reopen the same application in the same browser to resume when a recovery copy is available. No product account or cloud sync.

Keep the meeting's work

Pause the exercise. Pick it up again.

Resume in the same browser

Automatic saving keeps entries and unfinished drafts locally. Reopen the same application in the same browser profile and location to recover the latest available copy.

Save each entry

Save captures decisions, observations, actions and the summary for readiness checks. Browser recovery keeps drafts, too. It does not mark unfinished entries complete.

Keep a separate backup

Export JSON for another device, a moved file or long-term records. Browser cleanup, private mode and storage limits can prevent local recovery. Check the recovery status as you work.

Bring the owners back to the work

Turn action dates into Outlook follow-ups.

01

Choose the actions

Export one open action, a selected group or all open actions. Create a separate .ics file for each owner or combine actions in one file.

02

Set the timing

Set deadline times, time zones and custom reminder intervals. Choose the number of recurring reviews per action. Add an escalation checkpoint when needed.

03

Import and share

Import the .ics file into Outlook, or send it to people who should import their own copy. To invite attendees, add them and send invitations from Outlook.

Outlook controls alerts. Test reminders in your account. Imported appointments do not update when an action changes here; edit or end the series in Outlook. Importing a file does not send invitations.

A focused tool for facilitators

One purchase. Repeated exercises.

Use the delivered version for your organization's exercises and the client discussions you facilitate. Share reports and action lists; other companies need their own license to use the application.

This is an exercise documentation aid. It does not certify compliance, test your actual backups or guarantee recovery.

Review license and refund information

Before you begin.

Can I use it with clients?

Yes. Your organization license allows you to facilitate client exercises and share generated reports and action lists. Clients need their own license to receive and use the application.

Is this a subscription?

No. RecoveryDrill costs US$49 once per organization for the delivered version, with no recurring fee. Future upgrades are not guaranteed. Applicable taxes and the total price are shown at checkout.

Does exercise data leave my computer?

The downloaded application runs offline and does not upload exercise entries. You control the reports and backup files you export. Checkout and support use separate providers; this offline-data statement applies to the downloaded application.

Will my work save automatically?

Yes. Automatic saving keeps your exercise and unfinished drafts in this browser profile on this computer. Reopen the same application in the same browser to recover the latest available copy. Check the recovery status. If storage is blocked or full, keep the page open and export JSON before closing.

Can I recover an earlier copy?

Restore entire previous copy can recover one saved safety copy. It replaces the whole exercise, not just your last edit. Check the date and entry counts before confirming. Empty copies cannot be restored. Export JSON to keep more versions.

Will Outlook reminders stop when I close an action?

No. The .ics export creates calendar appointments for import. It does not sync with Outlook. Change appointments or end recurring reviews in Outlook when the work is done. Re-importing a file may create duplicates.

Can participants join from separate devices?

There is no synchronized participant room. A facilitator records the discussion in one workspace; exported reports and actions can be shared separately.

How is this different from a document template?

Guided prompts, saved decisions, observations, action filters, report-readiness checks and Outlook exports share one workspace. Browser recovery keeps unfinished work. Use a document template if you only need a blank report structure.

How do I get my download?

Buy through Lemon Squeezy and use the download access provided after purchase. Extract the ZIP and open RecoveryDrill.html in Microsoft Edge on Windows. If you need help, contact [email protected] with your order reference.

What is the refund policy?

Our policy excludes voluntary change-of-mind refunds after delivery. Refunds cover duplicate purchases, unresolved delivery failures and material defects we cannot fix on the supported platform. Mandatory rights and provider refund authority remain unaffected. Read our terms for full details.

Which browser is supported?

Current acceptance testing covers Microsoft Edge on Windows. Other browsers and operating systems have not completed acceptance. PDF reports contain image-based pages; printable HTML provides selectable text.
